"Great Product and Great Service"

I recently ordered Cardio Scales. With the new year upon us and a half century birthday looming decided it’s time to take my health really seriously. Anyway I ordered direct from Withings and then subsequently read all the reviews on here. Which made me think I’d made a big mistake. I don’t write reviews very often but having seen such poor reviews on Trustpilot wanted to share my own experience. So first of all there was absolutely no issue with delivery. We are in the midst of a global pandemic and this has to been given some consideration. I ordered on the Sunday 3rd Jan, immediately received confirmation and tracking details the following day. The parcel is shipped through what appears to be a French partner to Parcelforce so tracking was a doddle. Anyway, arrived on the 8th in one piece well packaged. So to the product itself. Well made and a nice looking piece of kit. Follow the instructions and it’s easy to set up. Created an account on my iPhone for me then shared the device with my wife who set up her own account. All with minimal fuss. The data from the scales is great and syncs straight to the app seamlessly. Recognises who is using the scales and sends the data to the relevant account. All really good and very clever. Total experience from start to finish including the product has been brilliant. 5 stars well deserved for this company.

I see many negative reviews so would like to provide some balance. My scanwatch arrived promptly. It's beautifully made and looks great. All functions work as expected. HR, SPO2, ECG, notifications. I've only had it a few days but as long as it keeps on working like this I'll be well pleased with it.

Withings smart body analyzer has to be one of the best scales for weight and body fat out there. I used to have one that cost me $300 where I had to hold these handles and it was never that accurate. Withings scale is half the price and I get body fat without those handles. The best part is it syncs with my iphone so I can track my weight loss. I have not tried their activity tracker called pulse but that looks like a useful product as well. I am still waiting to see what apple comes out with as I think that may be even better than their pulse.
