"I had two separate orders that were…"
I had two separate orders (one for the Boba Slippers & one for the Mochi Tayto Plush) that were delayed by a month to two months and finally received the second order this past weekend. Everything arrived in great condition! Whenever I reached out to the Help Desk at Smoko, they always got back to me within a reasonable amount of time with detailed updates about the status of my order. Overall, throughout my email interactions with the Help Desk, they made me feel like they valued me as a customer.The delays in my items were due to COVID-19 but I understand. It makes sense and delays are to be expected. There is a pandemic going on out there in the world and many businesses have to undergo changes in how they structure their own business environment especially for this type of business. Although I had to initiate the conversation every time and follow up with the status, it doesn't bother me as this also makes sense. I am sure they are also bombarded by hundreds of other customers inquiring about the status of their delayed orders too.Will continue to purchase more products from them as the items are super adorable!!! :)
