I bought an LG LTNC11131V fridge. It was my first new appliance purchase ever, so I was pretty excited. The inside of the fridge door had a manufacturing defect and the local delivery service for the seller I bought it from damaged it while delivering the item. I am not at all happy with the seller and will not use them again (Canadian Appliance Source), but I am very impressed with LG.LG customer service was SUPERB!!! They attempted to repair the manufacturing defect, and and when that wasn't sufficient, they replaced the door. Both service visits were no charge. I am more than thrilled with LG service of their products.Meanwhile, the LG fridge has functioned perfectly since day one, so really only needed the door addressed -- which it was without hassle -- quickly and professionally. I am super happy with this LG product that suits my lifestyle so perfectly so I have also just purchased my new washer/dryer set from LG as well, which were in stock at a different retailer and will be delivered tomorrow!
