Expedited Refund pleasant, always willing to help!!!!!!! I returned a dress and the refund was expedited very quickly once the dress was received. I ordered stuff online and when the items arrived there were horrible like they were made by a learner dressmaker I was very disappointed by the quality of items I’ve ordered. One dress arrived with a broken zipper, and all my items were drenched with a nasty smell that my mom commented that maybe rats pissed on the box while it was in the warehouse. Another dress that looked pretty on the website looked like a costume and it gave me a severe skin reaction The quality is very poor. I received items that looked nothing like the pictures on the website. I want to return this dress Tried to contact them by email but got no reply i was looking for the customer service number I went on the internet started doing my research and finally, I found this number which was +1-three one two four eight eight one zero nine 6- i called that number when my line was connected they helped me some with instructions so that I returned garbage to the company and got my penny back from them Especially to customer service for helping me with my query. Much appreciated. No hassles.Thanks so much

"Forever21 online store better than the physical one"

Great experience shopping at Forever21 online store. I ordered a pair of joggers last Saturday, package was to arrive 7 days after. But my order actually came in the next Wednesday. I was quite surprised and happy that my order came in early!

The store was clean and the sales clerks were friendly and helpful. The clothing was attractive and well organized with colors that I like. My purchase was smooth and wait time was short. The clothing has held up fine after being washed and has not faded, the clothing still looks new after the first wash.

"Online prices are a lot cheaper than store price"

I love the experience of the store, and spending time trying out each outfit but the pricing (I've noticed) isn't the same when shopping online, regardless if it's the same item or not. Common sense, but why would you buy from the store if it's cheaper online? Free shipping would be nice!

Forever 21 has been a staple in my wardrobe for years because of their pricing and style options! I always preferred going into a physical store rather than going online, but am no longer within distance of one.I decided to take the chance and order, that said I have experience in-person with their sizing and general fit of clothing which helped me a lot with ordering. I bought a bandeau set - and as you can see in the photo it's cheap, SCORE.Took 7 days to reach me + one day for processing.I. AM. IN. LOVE.The set is more of a red than orange so the product isn't exactly like the pictures. It was true to size and fit like a glove. Plus, it felt like higher quality than some of the other clothing I've tried in past.Absolutely no regrets. Total steal for the price & am very happy.
