**I’m reviewing from Ireland - 2021**. I bought a bag in-store but I had to return it due to a default. I was offered a refund or to order online in the store upon returning the bag. So I took the option of ordering online. So technically it was an online order regardless. I received a few update e-mails on the shipping. Each e-mail said shipped but with no location. I didn’t mind that too much. On the day the bag was due to arrive, I received an e-mail from MK stating the bag was arriving that day. I also received an e-mail and text from DPD about the delivery - the time it was due and even the driver’s name! It came exactly on the time. It also arrived on the date it was due to arrive. I ordered on the 30th of December and it arrived on the 7th of January. I was told in-store the 6th or 7th given the bank holiday here. I was told usually 3-5 days. Delighted with the overall service from both companies.

"Well Michael Kors you're amazing"

Well Michael Kors you're amazing. I today received my beautiful bag (Mercer Medium Tri-Color Pebbled Leather Belted Satchel) a long name I know. This bag is absolutely amazing just the perfect size for everyday use. The colours of the bag are Black,Grey and white but don't be put off by the white as its only a small part of the bag that white. I believe there are other colours but not currently on the UK Michael Kors website.The only downside to this bag is that I would have liked the shoulder strap to slightly longer but its not a big deal. This bag has loads of space inside and plenty on little pockets and even a clip to hold your keys. If you're looking for an everyday bag this is the one for sureI also have to say that at Michael Kors they really package everything so well and nothing has ever come damaged or tarnished or even broken. I just can't say enough good things about Michael Kors they are just purely amazing.

"Good quality"

Got my wife a MichaelKors pursue last week. Quality seems to be very good. I won't talk about looks because this is a matter of taste but at least she likes it.
