My experience at Ulta has always been nothing short of amazing, I enjoy ever visit. I really like Dermalogic Skin Care Products! The daily Microfoliant does wonders to my skin. all the left over makeup, and dead skin vanishes after just one use and leaves my face feeling so soft. I would highly recommend.

Love Ulta! I've been a platinum member for many years, and their rewards program is awesome. Beats Sephora out of the water! Love redeeming 2000 points for $125 off. I only wish the diamond level was easier to achieve. Sephora Rouge is $1000 spend/year, but Ulta Diamond is $1200 spend/year. I always fall just slightly short. Customer service is great (only contacted once or twice since I virtually have no issues).

Ulta.com and in stores. Is always a wonderful experience! Any problem ive ever had in store or delivery. They have always gone above and beyond to fix and make right. I never have long wait times to get someone on the phone or in store. They do great deals and coupons. And I literally can't think of one bad thing about them. Even when just something was outta stock on store and I was mistakenly told it was there. They gave me a gift card for the problem and free shipping to have it shipped to me instead. And I can list many others examples or just a wonderful shopping experience. And anytime I've ever had a product question. The people that work there were always right there to help. Abd clearly knew what they where talking about. Business should take a page outta ultas book. Only thing is is recently They out sourced there phone customer service and there was certain things they didn't know how to do. But im sure with time they'll get it. And it still got done it just took alot of transferring me around

This place must be good because my wife walked in... 45 minutes later came out with 2 bags and a receipt for $250. Haha. I'll remember to go in with her next time. I am writing this review because my wife said one of the women that helped her (Trisha?) was very wonderful and super complimentary. She helped her find the shampoo and conditioner that would be best for her hair. My wife walked out in a very good mood. Thanks ulta!

"Nothing But Love"

I have had nothing but the best when it comes to Ulta's customer service-representative. They are SUPER friendly and VERY helpful!When I had a problem with an order, my products were shampoo and conditioner, which busted during travel. I understand things like that happen, so I called customer service. I got a new replacement order plus email confirmation that day and it shipped that night. They told me to just discard or keep the damaged products. Also this happened with ONLY one other order, which I have a lot of orders... bc I LOVE Ulta! This order I spent around $420 and one of my favorite eyeshadows I ordered was broken, but none of the other items. I called customer service and they replaced like the other. Hassle free and super friendly! Also they always ship pretty quick!

I started using the app before I ever stepped foot in a store because there wasn't one in my area. But there is now and I could spend HOURS in there and have. The ambiance of the whole store layout is just perfect and draws you in. The app also has great exclusive sales and the free membership for points has so many extra perks too! I suggest using the app, where you can live yet on any and all makeup they sell on your phone and get a feel for what you want before you head to the store. I've also used their salon services and had my hair colored twice with fantastic results! All in all, a great company for all things beauty.

Ulta carries a large collection of different brands of cosmetics, beauty tools and perfumes.💅💄💐 ❤️ 😍 I always head for Ulta to meet my shopping needs as it offers products vary from inexpensive cosmetics to your higher-end supplies. Once I received my hair product with a broken cap, so I emailed the staff and she replaced the product for me immediately. Ulta's rewards program is also great and it posts many coupons and discounts on selected items for its shoppers every week. All in all, when I shop at ulta.com, I have a great experience with considerate staff, quality brands and products, and efficient and friendly service.😀

I recently bought my sister care products in Ulta as a gift for her birthday. She was very excited about my present. Moreover, I finally guessed with the gift, because she was usually not very happy with what I bought for her. And on that occasion, I decided to leave a positive feedback. According to my sister, the cosmetics are just great, suitable even for sensual skin. It's mom's birthday soon, and I already know where I'm going to choose the gift. Finally, I won't have to guess with the "perfect" gifts. That's very helpful :)

I have always had the best customer service at our Greer SC store. Staff is always friendly and energetic. But after reading online yesterday how the store was going to close for a period of time due to the Coronavirus and how employees would continue to get paid I was brought to tears at the managements honorable decision to put their employees financial wellbeing as well as their health first and foremost. You hear all the praises folks in the medical fields receive, and justifiably so, but I think a kudos to companies like Ulta are even more well deserved. Thank you Ulta, you have me as a life time customer because of this.

Above all else, they have a telephone number so you can call them, of which is actually what I did. Their hours are restricted and they were not open when I called so I left a message thinking about whether they would truly return to me.
