Dom was very nice and friendly. She made me feel good about the process. She was very detailed with her instructions, very timely, very positive and she seemed to really know what she was doing. I understand that this is likely the corporate model, but she was able execute effectively and clearly knows the brand and the goals of Smile Direct.
