I was trying to purchase a pair of trainers but was unable to obtain my size or check the stores were closed due to Covid.I made contact with customer services where both Gemma and Ciara (and a manager) who between them have checked store stocks and have reserved a pair for me at the Glasgow branch. The shoes are a Christmas present so it makes their efforrs all the more pleasing. Outstanding thankyou. David
