"It's a Grey Market"

As the other negative reviews say, they didn't get real or authentic watches. This is because Ashford is known as a "grey market" seller. Unless they're authorized to sell a certain brand, their products do not have the manufacturer's warranty and guarantee. So, when you're shopping on here, know what to look for. I got two watches from here and they arrived fine and dandy. Customer service was eh, they aren't the best, so perseverance tends to be the best policy. Because it's a grey market, they do have their own warranty of 2 years with every watch. The thing is with grey market repairs, they'll hire the most convenient person to fix it. So if you're buying certain items from this website, be wary of the consequences and kinks that come with the grey market.

I have bought few watches and other accessories from Ashford in the last couple of years and have been impressed by their swift and easy online shopping process.I live in Australia, ordered a watch on Sunday, delivered on Wed, like OMG!Also the watch I ordered is so beautiful and obvious has never been touched and is sealed as new, Also I paid almost 30% of the RRP ;)

"Very engaged customer service"

The experience with Ashford's customer service was exceptional. They really tried to help and provide information. Unfortunately, I bought a watch which was wrongly described by their customer service (information on the size of the watch band was completely wrong). I am still waiting for a custom made watch band which will cost approx. 320 USD. This is the negative part of the positive message omg the service quality of Ashford.
