First time I have ordered from QVC. I ordered some face cream, which was much cheaper than any other providers I looked at, great value for money. The items were received within few days of ordering. Excellent service

"Three items ordered, two delivered & one back order."

My Mum has shopped with QVC for many many years and she has an overall positive experience. Ordered three items on the same day, one set of flasks and two sets of voice activated plugs. One set of the plugs and the flasks were deliveries within a few days but the other set of plugs took over 2 weeks - due to a stock issue. Got them now so happy with them. Just annoying all three items weren’t delivered at the same time when they were ordered together.
