One of the items I ordered arrived damaged. The issue was resolved quickly by Ashley via website support chat. I am super impressed with the support I received. Initially, was very reluctant to order online due to the reviews here and the return process for EU orders. I ordered off the Intl/US site to Ireland and it arrived within a week.When it comes to web experience there is room for improvement. Having 3 different website portals for the same brand feels counterintuitive and it made ordering more time-consuming. For example — I had ae/us/ open to access community reviews, ordered from ae/intl/ for international shipping (US returns), and aeo.eu for EU returns tho due to limited styles/colours of bestsellers so I did not order from there.Overall, my experience was positive.

The staff is consistently so friendly and welcoming. Super attentive and helpful. Gabby at Spotsylvania Mall location was my AE rep and she was so patient and helpful she heard me say to my friend that I was looking for something and she came right over to help me find it. She informed us of all of the sales and deals. Told us about the different kinds of jeans that we were looking at and was overall a perfect ae rep. She also noticed my military ID as I was getting my card to pay and made sure I didn’t miss out on the military discount. She was comparable to a model Chick Fil A employee and I don’t say that lightly.

I've been purchasing stuff from them for the past four years never had an issue with a return never had an issue with anything I purchased if I ordered the right size it all fit fine anytime I can contact customer support I got a straight answer and these times I don't find it unusual for to take more than a day for a responseThis is the only place I can actually find pants that fit and clothes that doesn't fall off yet or look like a rag one of my favorite places to buy clothing

I've shopped at AEO for a long time! I can't tell you how many times I've ordered products from their website and I've almost always loved what I've received. Overall, the experience is pretty positive in terms of shipping. I always get my order on time. I do think that shipping items separately is a bit odd, I would prefer to have all of my items all at once as opposed to one or two things at a time but it's no biggie. As a 5'9 woman, it is difficult finding a decent pair of jeans that actually fit but at AEO there are so many different options to chose from and I absolutely adore their mom jeans.One thing to note, if you aren't familiar with your jean sizing my advice is always measure yourself and compare those measurements to the measurements listed for the item because oftentimes their jeans all fit differently. Another thing to note is just how large everything runs. I'm more thick on the bottom so I typically wear an M/L on the top but I don't ever usually buy a large in anything AEO because almost all of their tops run really big, especially Aerie items.I've heard/read mixed reviews when it comes to the quality of their jeans. I will admit their stretchy jeans aren't made of the most amazing-gonna-last-you-a-million-years type material but I don't mind because at least they're stretchy! I've purchased mom jeans that are just regular denim and I've had no issues with tearing or anything like that. The color of black jeans does fade over time but I think that's inevitable.I will continue to purchase AEO jeans as they're the only ones that fit me well! I love their products and have never had a negative experience shopping with them.

I order from this company at least once a month and just love the products they have! The only time I encountered an issue is when I ordered a candle and it came broken into pieces. so I had a gift card that expired before I could use it, I contacted customer service and the lady was really nice, her name is Laurin. she gave me a code for 20 off and free 2 day shipping due to the inconvenience. I didn’t want to use the gift card until the jeans I wanted came in my size. I can only order ae jeans online due to the size I need, which is unfortunate. I work at my local mall and I would love for ae to carry 00-X short. I want to try them before I buy them but I can’t.
