"Have Been Very Pleased with My Purchases"

I've been ordering from Boston Proper for a long time and have always been very happy with the quality and design of the garments I've purchased. Some are so unique and pretty - I always get a lot of compliments! I've had only one marginal experience with a "final sale" item that was damaged and, after speaking with customer service, I received a full refund. Have never had a problem with sizing or poor quality. I'm actually very surprised to see all the negative reviews! This has not been my experience at all.

Just received three pieces (2) dresses and (1) long skirt and I can’t say enough nice things about the clothing. Beautiful fabric and design. I am picky! I shop at Nordstrom’s, Dillard’s, Chicos and some boutiques. This was absolutely some of the best clothing I have bought. I am an Interior Designer in Dallas and thought this was a grand slam. Thank you. Also, paid for three day shipping and it arrived right on time! This is my second or third order from Boston Proper!

"Great Products, Excellent Customer Service"

I have been buying from Boston Proper (now Beyond Proper) for over 20 years. I've bought and kept, and bought and returned, countless items. I don't understand all these negative reviews. I've never had a problem. When I don't like something or it doesn't fit, I simply follow the instructions and return it. And I get a prompt refund. Honestly, I don't understand why people are having all these problems.
