Macy's offers top of the line customer service, quality clothing and quality merchandise. Macy's is still my favorite go to place.

I wasn’t able to place my order. So I called the Macy’s customer service. The lady name “Tracy” (sorry if I miss spelled) was really nice and helped me to place my order. She was so nice and helpful.

Ordered a watch "Holiday Lane". Received it on time. It is very beautiful, affordable and runs well. There are many other watches which I like, "Versace" for example, but they are too expensive for me.

Costumer support is very friendly and helpful! Papers are completed on time! Which is very important. As to the quality of writing, I must say that their writers definitely speak... English, an obvious requirement when your writing an English paper, you would think, but not for most other sites. I would not qualify their writing as top-scale but it is not poor quality either. You can call it a happy medium. They are pricey but they wont make you want to pull every hair on your head compared to other sites that undoubtedly do, specially when your on a last minute call. Mary Ellen at the Macy’s in Loveland went above and beyond to help me find a pair of pants I was looking for. I needed to return for a different size and she was so kind and found a new pair for me. I have a hard time shopping for long periods of time so she really helped me. What a great customer service representative for Macy’s! Thank you
