"WHAT A COMPANY"

WHAT A COMPANY! I have purchased many things from Land’s End over the years and am very pleased with the quality of the products and the company’s service. But a recent issue made me realize this company’s service and commitment to quality is “over-the-top.” Late last winter I purchased a fleece top on their end of season sale. I loved it. One of the softest, yet warm garments I have. Unfortunately, the first time I wore it this year; the zipper jammed at the bottom and would not come loose. The line of garments is not in this year’s offerings. I returned it to Land’s End, paying the postage, expecting to get a refund or credit for the purchase price, but in my letter to them mentioned how much I liked the fleece and that a replacement would actually be preferred. What I got was an exact duplicate of the fleece and a credit for the postage I paid to return it. This is why Land’s End is one of my “go-to” vendors.

"5 Stars despite slow delivery this One time"

I have been buying from Land's End for many years. Quality, phone order service, and delivery has always been excellent. I recently experienced a long wait for my order placed on 10/31/20. Customer Service admitted that they were having problems with an unusually large volume of orders & shipment issues. Despite this One instance of slow delivery during a difficult time of Covid and other issues, I am happy to give Land's End the usual 5 Stars. Thank you - my package arrived & items are great!

"Great selection"

I shop here often. They have great selection of men's jackets at the decent price. The customer service is always helpful and fast.
